    We make the Snack Chorizo by hand just a stone’s throw from where our pigs are raised in the woods. We select, butcher, grind and stuff premium cuts of our pork. We hot and sweet paprika as well as oregano adding it to fresh minced garlic and white wine. Our Snack Chorizo are easy eating with a little kick. 

    Our Pork

    Our pork was raised by us in the heart of the South Downs National Park. A pig’s natural habitat is woodland and at Slow Grown Farm, our rare-breed pigs live in 10 acres of woodland where they forage for insects, nuts and plants. Our pig’s diet is supplemented with organic soy-free pig feed and the whey from our cheesemaking.

    Ingredients

    Woodland reared pork, sea salt, sweet paprika, hot paprika, sugar, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, garlic, white wine (sulphites), curing salt (salt, preservative sodium nitrite sodium nitrate).
