We hand-make our bacon with classic aromatics: juniper, bay and black pepper. Our bacon is dry-aged for 3 weeks to achieve a deeper flavour to show off the quality of our pork.

Streaky bacon is for those who prefer their bacon on the fattier side - after all, fat is full of flavour.

Our Pork

Our pork was raised by us in the heart of the South Downs National Park. A pig’s natural habitat is woodland and at Slow Grown Farm, our rare-breed pigs live in 10 acres of woodland where they forage for insects, nuts and plants. Our pig’s diet is supplemented with organic soy-free pig feed and the whey from our cheesemaking.


Woodland reared pork, sea salt, sugar, black pepper, bay leaves, juniper and curing salt (salt, preservative sodium nitrite E250 (6.25%)).

Cooking Instructions

Add the streaky bacon to a cold cast iron pan. Then, put the pan on medium heat to allow the fat to render and slowly fry the bacon.
