We make our Fiocco by hand from the pork which is reared on our land.
This cut comes from the leg which has a light sweetness to it. To compliment the natural qualities of this cut, we add the the smoky flavours of paprika which is balanced with the nutty warmness of carraway seeds and savoury flavours of bay leaves.
You can enjoy it as a snack straight out of the pack or use it for cooking, a pizza topping or for jazzing up a salad.

Our Pork
Our pork was raised by us in the heart of the South Downs National Park. A pig’s natural habitat is woodland and at Slow Grown Farm, our rare-breed pigs live in 10 acres of woodland where they forage for insects, nuts and plants. Our pig’s diet is supplemented with organic soy-free pig feed and the whey from our cheesemaking.
