Cut from the pork belly and cured with black pepper and aromatics of juniper and bay, this pancetta will infuse a real depth of flavour to any dish.

By rolling our pancetta it retains moisture, allowing it to age for longer without drying out, meaning maximum flavour. 

Dice and use in pasta dishes, on pizzas and tarts and to liven up vegetables.

Cook before eating. Supplied as an 80g slice.

Our Pork

Our pork was raised by us in the heart of the South Downs National Park. A pig’s natural habitat is woodland and at Slow Grown Farm, our rare-breed pigs live in 10 acres of woodland where they forage for insects, nuts and plants. Our pig’s diet is supplemented with organic soy-free pig feed and the whey from our cheesemaking.


Woodland reared pork, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, juniper, bay leaves, nutmeg and curing salt (salt, preservative sodium nitrite E250 (6.25%)).

Cooking Instructions

Fry gently to render the delicious fat and get it nice and crispy
