We hand-make these herby Cumberlands using our woodland-reared pork. We take care of every step of the process ourselves, from trimming prime cuts to give us the best quality diced pork, to freshly grinding the nutmeg that we combine with salt, pepper and mixed herbs.

These chunky sausages are free from preservatives, nitrates and nitrites.

Product is sold frozen to go straight into your freezer or to thaw in your fridge.

Our Pork

Our pork was raised by us in the heart of the South Downs National Park. A pig’s natural habitat is woodland and at Slow Grown Farm, our rare-breed pigs live in 10 acres of woodland where they forage for insects, nuts and plants. Our pig’s diet is supplemented with organic soy-free pig feed and the whey from our cheesemaking.


Woodland reared pork, mixed herbs, salt, pepper, oats (gluten), hog skin casing.

Cooking Instructions

Allow to defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Add a little oil to a pan and fry the sausages until golden. Can also be oven-baked and added to casseroles and stews.
