Product is sold frozen to go straight into your freezer or to thaw in your fridge.

Our Pork

Our pork was raised by us in the heart of the South Downs National Park. A pig’s natural habitat is woodland and at Slow Grown Farm, our rare-breed pigs live in 10 acres of woodland where they forage for insects, nuts and plants. Our pig’s diet is supplemented with organic soy-free pig feed and the whey from our cheesemaking.

Cooking Instructions

To get the most out of your crackling, start your oven on as hot as it will got for 15 minutes.

Turn your oven down to 180ºC and roast for 35 minutes for a 1kg joint and an additional 20 minutes per kg.

Before you carve and enjoy, allow it to rest under a loose tent of foil for 15 minutes.
